Physical Details: With short dark brown hair and black, warm eyes that fill with excitement and easily and quickly, Keiyuu wanders about Kyuusho Kyusai with a ready smile on his face. Brightly colored and miss-matched clothes he stands out like a sore thumb in every crowd. Lastly, he has a large, celtice tattoo on the left side of his neck put there by his master to mark him as his, permenantly. Also note, Keiyuu is barely over 5'1". He is short.

Personality:
Bouncy, loud, boiterious, and, best described as, eccentric, Keiyuu would seem the sort to follow a scruffy man into a dark alley for a strange, rare look at a CooKuu Bird. But he is actually very calculating and sharp, and loves playing with words when he can. He has a good heart on him, and is a charismatic figure, despite his constantly tossled look and overly-energetic attitude.

Background:
Keiyuu was created into a bloodbonded during the warring period on Japan and was a member of a morderately rich family that had managed to carve out a living on the western shore. He was to take over the family business, though his parents wished another could, considering his eccentric personality was unnerving and unbecoming for anyone. But Keiyuu was the only heir they had. As the business and all the money was which over to Keiyuu, it proved to be the best thing that had happened to their little importing business. It thrived, and soon Keiyuu and his family were very rich from the income that had been created.

It was about six years after the business took off that it was sharply crushed by the reigning samurai lord of the region. Keiyuu had refused to give the lord a very sizable(as in unreasonable and put them in the poor house) portion of their profits when he found out how well they were doing and the business was flattened to the ground and most of Keiyuu's family killed and his house burned to the ground. Keiyuu himself should have been killed, but he somehow managed to survive the fire that had consumed his house when a large portion of a stone wall fell around him, creating an affective barrier. He awoke the next morning to blackened walls and note left on what was left of the fence. Anyone from Keiyuu's family that tried to reclaim any of the business or anything left from the fire would be killed on sight.

It was then that Keiyuu met his master. The vampire made no secret of the fact that he had been watching the other man, and that he was taking advantage of the other when he was between a rock and hard spot. But he did have an opportunity for him. Keiyuu, still being the business man, demanded to know what he was getting himself into before he agreed to anything. So, he was shown Kyuusho Kyusai, back when Weres and vampires still lived in peace, and a number of other places that showed what Keiyuu needed to know. It took a while to digest, but Keiyuu eventually agreed to the bargain. He would become his master's bloodbonded, help manage his businesses, basically become his assisstant, untill taking over entirely, so that his master may rest for a time. For about 400 years after his bonding, Keiyuu worked with his master to run the businesses and manage the money and properties, at which point his master retired to a place only Keiyuu knows of. So, Keiyuu remains in Kyuusho Kyusai as a base of operations for running the numerous things for his master.

Other Info:
It is a well known fact,from the long tattoo on his neck that snakes out in a prominent celtic design, that Keiyuu is no slave, nor is he free game to anyone. Not only is he a business constultant, he takes note of social happening and he constantly takes note of happenings, events, people, things, everything the eccentric observer can think to write down. Part of what helps with this is the fact that he has a perfect photographic memory and can recall anything after one glance.
